NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION BY THE DISIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE LA PLATA ARCHULETA WATER DISTRICT

Due to increased construction costs, the District raised tap fees to cover the additional costs effective January 1, 2023. This is the first tap fee increase since the District originally set tap fees. The new tap fee schedule can be found under Exhibit I in the Rules & Regulations Section.
